Rituals, aka, The Creeper, is a 1977 Canadian eco-horror film about a group of doctors who are menaced while on a camping getaway trip in Northern Ontario.
The film, directed by Peter Carter, stars Hal Holbrook and Lawrence Dane. Rituals was discussed at length in the book, The Canadian Horror Film: Terror of the Soul, (University of Toronto Press). The film was considered a reaction against National Film Board documentaries which had proliferated at the time, showcasing the beauty of the Canadian wilderness. Some critics have dismissed it as a \"Canadian Deliverance.\"
This 16mm film is mounted on 1 x 1600\' and 1 x 2300\' reels and printed on an original AG1S color film stock. This is not a SCOPE print but rather a FLAT theatrical former TV print.
This is an Excellent condition TV print.Print has countdowns and lab-head on reel 2, reel 1 missing labheads. both need leader.This film has NO VS syndrome, vinegar odorsor warping. Film will be shipped on reels and securely packaged in a box. This is an ENGLISH language film.
