It was in high school where he was granted serious consideration of art as a way of life. This is also where hemet an Art Teacher, whose inspiration would allow Jonathan to expand his creativity and follow his passion for art. First, however, he would go on to receive an Illustration Diploma from Sheridan College which offered him the opportunity to work as an Illustrator/Graphic Designer for companies such as Home Depot and HMV.

During the time that Jonathan worked as an Architectural Illustrator painting landscape scenery, his first love of capturing nature on canvas was rekindled. Yet, it was a chance encounter with his former Art Teacher, which reinforced this longing and persuaded Jonathan to begin painting the enchantments of nature again. Jonathan now paints the landscapes that surround him, from the rolling hills of Southgate to the serene forests of Kleinberg. Any and all of nature’s enchantments can and do inspire him to continue his pursuit of align=\"center\">COA Signed by Artist
