2) Ship costs have insurance COSTS factored in, as some items are anticipated in having a higher Final Value/ Sales Price. Ship/Insurance is NON-NEGOTIABLE, period.

3) sales count for THIS WEEKEND( /Sat/Sun) only. No carry-overs for next batch of sales.

4) sales with multiple items counts as ONE sale.separately, and will be Insured.5) The BONUS Comics are shipped
6) We only sell USA and selected Territories/Federal. NO International.
7) CA residents must pay CA State Sales Tax. We have BOE Resale Permit, check us out online.

8) PayPal payment due three( 3) days after sales end.We ship ONE ( 1) BUSINESS DAY AFTER payment is received. and USPS automatically sends eMails to ALL Customers w/TRACKING NUMBERS once the shipping labels are printed. You WILL be able to see the auto-eMails in your Messages box. We are NOT responsible if you \"lose\"/ can\'t find those auto-sent eMails.
8b) Payment due date includes weekends when applicable; all days are considered Calendar Days including Holidays. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Criterion we consider is your response record, especially how you treat other Sellers. The more you don\'t like to leave 5 Star Positive response for Sellers, the less likely we will grant extensions or give Extra Bonus Books.

9) NO Zero or Private response buyers. offers will be canceled without notice. No exceptions.

10) ALL pending Invoices, will be sent SUNDAY NIGHT! We do NOT answer emails requesting Totals. This is only done SUNDAY. During NFL Season, this Invoice day may be moved MONDAY Afternoon!

10B) If we send winners any 2nd Chance Offers, we may wait until the 2nd Chance Offers expire before sending put Final Invoices. This is better for the Customers, not us. By the way, on EVERY one of our 2nd Chance Offers, we ALWAYS add at least ONE FREE Comic Book, and try very hard to make sure that extra Comic Book is relative to the 2nd Chance Offered. For example, if we send you a 2nd Chance Offer for Amazing Spider-Man( ASM) # 92, mid-to-high grade, we will send at least One extra Comic Book such as an ASM # 110 to 200. If none are available, we will put the Age range, such as Bronze Age. If the 2nd Chance item is a higher ticket item( over $50.00), you WILL be receiving TWO or more Bonus Comics for accepting the 2nd Chance Offer.

10C) We have half-boxes and several FULL BOXES of the same Issues, over and over, so we can easily have items for 2nd Chance Offers.

10D) Please wait until you receive your Final Invoice to pay! We do NOT refund extra ship fees you pay without said Final Invoice sent;Selling Manager does not always catch the extra payments and we cannot stop operations because you need to pay after each individual win. Once we print the ship label, it is a done deal.

11) If you pay via eCheck, we willNOTship item(s) until eCheck clears. This has taken 7 Business Days + to clear. We NO LONGER respond to thepestering with the \"did you send the item(s)?\".

12) Grading disagreement is NOT enough for \"not as described\". If you disagreewith Grade and return the comic books,we will charge that 25% Restock Fee.If we miss something( a page missing, something MAJOR), that is a different story, we will refund 100%, but not for a 1/32\" crease on the bottom staple that was not mentioned in description.
13) The USPS can be slow, especially ECONOMY RATE. All our sales start at ECONOMY RATE. If you want a faster service, you may elect to pay for a faster service, but it WILL cost more. We also reserve the right to ship in more than one package to first: PROTECT your item(s), and 2) save on our costs for the PROMO items.

14) There are NO PARTIAL REFUNDS under ANY reason, including damaged shipping, slow USPS & other USPS mishaps. Even if we make a human mistake, NO PARTIAL REFUNDS.
15) RETRACT a offer: ANY reason w/out contacting me, you WILL go on Blocked buyer List.
15B) We will NOT or NEVER will cancel your offers/wins for any reason.
16) All Comic Books are checked for Restoration, and have ALWAYS been disclosed since our inception here on the \'Bay. *Knock-on-wood* time: We NEVER had a return due to missed restoration. We check for color touch, tear seals, tape, added wraps, married covers and page wraps( over 50% are the centerwrap), trimming, even staple replacement.
Notes about our BONUS COMICS:
The PROMOTION has to be changed, due to severe \"glitches\" from the DISASTROUS results of sale session May 20th - May 25, 2017.Still not 100% explained to my satisfaction, at least FOURTEEN( 14) buyers that I verifiedcouldnot offer the sales; the sales had completely \"disappeared\" and at least TWO ers calledon their own, no prodding by me whatsover, and the myriad of excuses told to theBuyers ranged from the ridiculous to laughable. Five( 5) buyers communicated to me that they had every intention ofcompeting for the 40 minimum BONUS COMICS and by Day 3 only ONE buyer got close with 38 wins. That buyer had been \"frozen out\" on Day 2, not able to offer most of the 50sales we had that day( 50 x 3 day special weekday sales). That buyer emailed me first, and I did not catch that until late Day 2. Of course I jumped up and down and danced on \'s desk via the phones, but did not see my side of the story and BLAMED ME for \"excluding\" North America on preferences tab. That did not explain how SOMEof the 150 sales somehow \"snuck through\" and I had to re-explain how the BONUS Promo worked - the Winner had to offer at least 40 items. THEN says that they are \"limiting the number of items won to 10 - 15 to keep theunpaid from piling up\". So THAT killed the PROMO. I had to spend all day late day 2 and early day 3 either calling or emailing buyers that I had to \"suspend\" the BONUS as I was unsure if anyone would be able to competefairly. Most of them understood.
However, I did conjure up adifferent PROMO that does NOT rely on number of items won. The NEW PROMO is based on dollar amount spent, with only the MINIMUM of 10 sales offer.
Disclaimer: iffor ANYreason any sale anytime is \"ghosted/obscured/invisible\" the PROMO portion is deemed void and unenforceable. Any buyer that sees this PLEASE email me and I will get on thephone to at once.1) No 2nd Chance Offers count towards BONUS. Only COMIC BOOK sales count towards BONUS COMICS.
2) Bonus Winner cannot win Bonus Comics, return main sale & keep Bonus Comics; if you file a legitimate return claim as is your right/choice to do so, the Bonus Comics MUST be returned.
3) Hate to go back topreviousstrictness, we\'ve encountered some unreasonable buyers since early 2106. Moving forward, if you\'re planning to win the BONUS COMICS or Reduced Ship/Insurance, you MUST pay entire Invoice in full within the three( 3) day as agreed upon in offerding our sales to receive Promotional benefits offered. There will be NO MORE exceptions.
4) This has come up twice the last two months: if there is a Return for any reason, our fault OR USPSmishandling a package, YOU will be required to pay to return the item(s) back to me. Why? I am already springing those Ship/Insurance costs and I had to call to get this enforced.

RETURN POLICY: We honor all returns, however, we charge a25% RESTOCK FEEno Exceptions!

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS Disclaimer:
Anything not covered in this \"Fine Print\" will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and we have the Final Say to all matters. We are NOT responsible fordecisionsby regarding our sales, technical failures, shutdowns, at any time for any reason.

SHIPPING METHOD:
1) If you REALLY insist on Next Business Day DELIVERY( not shipping) for a $5.00 REPRINT comic, flat fee is $110.00 and I will Fed Ex it Next Day Delivery. Yes that happened April 2016!
2) Shipping is based on ers winning more than ONE( 1) sale. Subsequent wins only adding $1.00 per sale helps buyers save on ship/insurance costs.

RETURN POLICY: We honor all returns, however, we charge 25%RESTOCK FEEno Exceptions! Yes, Ideliberately posted this in Red TWICE.
The drop-down Menu below only goes to 20%, but the Restock Fee is 25%.

Insurance Claims for damaged and/or LOST item(s):

a) notify us that the item was damaged and that you wish to return it back to us;

b) we alert Insurer, who then forwards us forms w/ Links, etc.;

c) The Insurer will email/callyouto verify said claim;

d) If you contact us to inform us of USPS damage then change your mind for any reason we stop all contact with you and force you to get involved. We win more of these cases then we lose;

e) The Insurer sends US the funds, then we forward the funds to you.This may take FOUR( 4) WEEKS; the Insurance company wants a lot of photos, details, and yes,recently asked us to return a damaged comic book. That took another eight( 8) business days;

f) You are AGREEING to wait until theInsurancecompany Pays ME first, then I re-imburse you. That is part of the sale agreement you accept by offerding our items. No more filing the \"not as described\" and then blaming ME for the USPS mishaps AND the InsuranceCompanies\' requirements. If youdon\'t have this kind of patience, Iwon\'t have patience for you, andwon\'t sell to you. Yes, This is not my full-time job and can well-afford to lose \"certain\" customers. Gives me another excuse to badger for that 2nd Blocked buyer box they said that they give to those with over 5,000problem-children. I alsodon\'t careanymore how much you bought from me in the past: if NOW you are the problem I am the Solution. Life will move on.

Quintessence Productions, LLC as a Buyer:
Yes, if you take the time to check out my \"response as a Buyer\" you will find that I Buy far more than I Sell here on . I know what the expectations are as what most, if not all Buyers have when shopping here on or any online site. I have yet to meet the person who deliberately wants to get ripped off or become a victim of misrepresentation. I am sure that person exists, but our paths have not crossed yet, hopefully never will.
You will see that I back up my actions by posting Positive response FIRST, then when needed, I will gently remind the Seller to please return the response courtesy. I am a slam-dunk er as a Buyer; if the item is at least reasonably close to the grade, I will post you a 5 Star Positive response. I ALWAYS return any Positive response left for me. I get behind sometimes, but I ALWAYS get caught up.
I RARELY return items. There has to be, in this order, reasons for me to return a Comic Book: 1) water stains not seen in pics or not mentioned in the description. Yes, water stains, especially the ugly color-turning stains are a big turn-off for me. The biggest turn-off are water stains. A small dot or two or light spotting is different; if it is a Comic Book I Market such as IMSM, I will probably keep it but mention in a private email about the spots; 2) Restoration/color touch. Case-by-case basis; if item is RARE, minor color touch I will usually keep the item, and maintain friendly discussion with Seller( the world does not need to know of a mistake); 3) popped staples not seen or mentioned in description. Should be self-explanatory; 4) cut coupons or missing pages; again self-explanatory. 5) Married Covers: case-by-case basis; 6) Trimmed Covers: case-by-case basis; 7) Interior page tears: usually keep the item, so long as any STORY panel(s) are not impacted.
responseS GRANTED: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly...
I \"usually\" am a \"slam-dunk\" 5 Star Positive response Buyer. I can hardly ever remember the need to ever give a \"Neutral\" response: either the Seller deserves a Positive or a Negative. Only if the Seller truly deserves the Negative, and to warn the Community to take caution when dealing with this bad Seller. Outright fraud attempts, refusing to respond to reasonable requests/inquiries will get you the Negative if that is what you want. I wised up and put the bad Sellers on my Blocked buyer list, as one \"not-so-nice\" Seller bought something from me and slammed a Negative on me. I had to lobby hard, but got it removed. That case will be on my separate website, shortly forthcoming.
The \"BEST OFFER\" sales:
I \"score\" over 55% of my Best Offers. That is easily verified under the responses. A few Sellers[ mostly the Comic and sports guys/gals - rarely the Coinees (are they more realistic/knowledgeable about markets or just plain more mature)] get irate and angry with my \"Best Offers\" and respond with as little as ONE PENNY to be saved off the original price. A fewer of the honest ones email me to tell me how the item is worth far more than the \"book/guide/whatever\" but my response is this: any item is worth what both Buyer and Seller decide to make the deal. They respond with: \"you are insulting my item\". My response: You have no business selling on /eoffer, Etsy, Amazon, Beeoffer, USA Coins, etc. Set up a Booth once a year at SD Con and try your luck with your top dollar prices. Once every fifth year you will move 15% of your stock. Keep your day job if you have one. YES, I HAVE DONE THE BEST OFFER myself in years past, with not-so-good results. However, I used the template to put the minimums that auto-trigger a sale. I am not interested in watching the same item never selling month after month, year after year. The ers that do this must have a great lifestyle and must be washing in money as not to need the sales percentages as high as I need my business model to be. But to each their own. I start my sales at $1.00, and let the \"markets\" decide the prices. That gives me a lot of \"rights\" to talk some smack here. My sell-rate is high 90-percent. Oh, back to the nasty emails and occasional phone call: I get threats about once every six months. Some of them claim to \"get\" me at the next Comic Book show. I keep waiting, looking, even emailing them to let them know in advance when and where I will show up. So I started going by myself, not bringing my usual crowd or workers/volunteers/daughters and their hot friends with me, despite me being in my 60\'s and these tough guys are all under 30, and about a third of them are twice my size, and according to ALL of them, I have NO CHANCE of surviving said encounters. The line of enemies must be pretty long, but we will never know if they keep on not showing up. NEVER been threatened by a Coinee. NEVER. We all know the real reasons why, right Comic Forum members???
WHEN A SELLER WANTS TO GRANT ME A PARTIAL REFUND:
However, if the Seller offers me a partial refund, I tell him/her that the \"standard\" as I have seen it over the two decades has been 50% of the hammer price, including a pro-rated slice of the shipping, most of the time. Ex: $50.00 for Comic Book, $6.00 shipping, if the Seller wants to issue partial refund instead of taking item back, pay extra ship label to get item back, etc. I will ask for $28.00. $ 25.00 for item, $3.00 for partial ship refund. Depending if multiple items are ordered, I may waive the ship costs as I would have spend said ship costs anyway on a batch of items, I cannot unfairly punish the Seller for a partial refund for one item while I bought several items anyway. On the RARE occasion, when I am the Seller, will agree to a Partial Refund, I also Offer the 50% \"standard\", keeping up with I back up what I say with the same actions. Some of this can easily be found via the responses, a permanent record.
