Before the Honorable ( ) Wright, Esq., Chief Justice of the Province ( ) Carolina.

To all to whom these Present Shall ( ) now yee, that on the second ## day of May in the ( ) of our Soverign Lord George, by the grace of God, of Great Brittain, France, Ireland, King Defender of the Faith, ( ) 1738. Before personally ( ) and appeared Magdalen, the wife of Robert Miller of Berkeley County in the Province ( ) said, and being by me privately and seperately ( ), Freely and Volluntarilly, Without any mannor of compulsion, ( ) or fear of her said husband, or any other persons ( ) whomever, for her self, doith ( ) release ( ) and for ever Quit claim unto ( ) Mitchell of the above said County and Province all and all manors of right title and Interest, and to all and all manners of Dower Right of Title of Dower, which the said Magdalen ( ) now hath or which she may at any time hereafter have no clain of in or to two hundred thirty nine acres, and a half acre of land lying and being in the County of Berkeley ( ) on a creek called the ( ), butting and bounding on the north side of the said( ) Land, West by Lands not yet laid out, ( ) by the land of Richard Baker, ............
