Fine handwritten English vellum indenture dated 1752 during the reign of George II being the conveyance of property in Alphamstone in the county of Essex between Thomas Gilby, a Yeoman, and John Shutt, a Yeoman.
Beautifully penned with fancy printed vignette, blue revenue stamps with inset, tax stamp, and a red wax seal on green cloth tag. Signatures including on verso.
