I\'m sorry I knownothing about this set. It waspurchased from an estate with very early items.I have dated the stamp on the blade to be what looks like 1787. Thomas Settle and Co 1787.Only one knife has this mark on the blade.
On the silver on the handles there is Co in a box.There is a complete set of 12 large knives and 12 forks.
on 3 knife handles there is some light damage to the silver.The blades are as seen in the photos.The Knife length is 10 1/2inches. The forks are 8inches.On one of the forks there is a small blob of white metal.I am selling these 24 items as one lot.The box they came in I will sell in another sale.So if you are interested in both I can combine freight.The freight is $100 world wide.
