SHIPPING INFORMATION is NON-NEGOTIABLE. The SHIPPING INFO you need to know:

9) Please wait until you receive your Final Invoice to pay! We do NOT refund extra ship fees paid without said Final Invoice sent;Selling Manager does not always catch the extra payments & we cannot stop operations because you need to pay after each individual win. Once we print ship label, it is a done deal. You MUST catch us before we ship items out! We have been making exceptions but cannot do this any more!

10) We ship ONE ( 1) BUSINESS DAY AFTER payment is received. and USPS automatically sends eMails to ALL Customers w/TRACKING NUMBERS once the shipping labels are printed. You WILL be able to see the auto-eMails in your Messages box. We are NOT responsible if you \"lose/can\'t find/too lazy to look\" for those auto-sent eMails.

11) We ALWAYS combineshipping AS LONG AS YOU WAIT FOR YOUR INVOICE!!!

12) Add $1.00 per additional item. This includes the bulky, heavy 5/10-PAKS we offer. If you buy more than One 10-PAK, I will cover the extra shipping. Ship costscapped at eight( 8) sales: $14.00 w/ Insurance;over 15 sales is FREE SHIP/INSURANCE!

12B)Most packages have been sent PRIORITY, especially when winning more than 3(Three) Comic Books.

13) Ship costs have INSURANCE cost factored in, as some items are anticipated in having a higher Final Value/ Sales Price.

Shipping/Insurance isNON-NEGOTIABLE, period. Our ship pricing is predicated on ers buying more than one item. In the event that you only win one item, we PROMISE to add a FREEBIE, maybe two freebies, to make this worth your while. Every now and then an er will post that fact on the responses re: Freebies we throw in.

13B) The USPS raised ship rates across-the-board, and we are getting numerous complaints about the ship costs. We have since March 10, 2000, incorporated into OUR ship costs: INSURANCE( Ship Cover minimum starts at $1.65 for coverage 1st $50.00; ShipTravel, the private Insurer where I live, starts $2.85 for 1st $55.00, but they pay FAST no questions asked, ShipSurance bases coverage on total volume per month, USPS starts $2.55 1st $50.00 and that includes coverage for Priority Mail, which used to have free coverage for the 1st $100.00. USPS does NOT cover our coins for Numismatic value; if you send a 1975 Flowing Hair Dollar MS 62 worth 2.75 million and USPS loses the item, they only pay out ONE DOLLAR, the incremental value of the coin!). Also incorporated in our ship costs are supplies, not limited to backing boards, padded envelopes, boxes( we are slowly moving to boxed shipping( explaination later), tape, stickers, and we factored that cost averaging $1.55 per shipment. So when you see First Class Mail at one Comic Book at 6 ounces( the LOWEST obtainable weight), the Economy Rate we have stated for YEARS was under $3.00, but now that is no longer achievable with the increase per ounce as of Jan. 22, 2018.

13C) The First Class STARTS at $3.50 at 1 - 4 ounces;

$3.75 at 5 - 8 ounces;

$4.10 at 9 ounces;

$4.45 at 10 ounces;

$4.80 at 11 ounces;

$5.15 at 12 ounces;

$5.50 at 13 ounces.

Online Commercial First Class can have up to 16 ounce packages, BUT BUT BUT if said package is off by a TENTH of an ounce, that package can only be shipped Priority, starting at $7.15, Zone 3, and only will include Free Insurance of the first $50.00, eliminating the first $100.00 Insurance the USPS provided for 18 years.

13D) So your ONE Comic Book at 6 ounces, $3.50 First Class, add $1.65 using ShipCover( linked to ), $1.55 materials/ship supplies, now we are at $6.70. Now factor the value of the package is now $51.00 to $99.99, by additional items. Add $1.00 to the extra Insurance. So when I tell you we LOSE $1.35 to $2.85 per ONE package we mean it. Thank goodness we get Delivery Confirmation( D.C.) for FREE online, however, we do NOT at the full service windows at USPS. As we offer Next Day Ship, we can\'t always use the /PayPal labels to save that D.C costs. So our ship cost model is based onCustomers buying multiple items, thus getting their ship cost-per-item lower.

13E) We no longer can allow Local Personal pick-up because you want to save $3.50 or so in shipping. This has hurt our DSL Seller ratings, as rates our Selling services per uploaded items ON TIME. We allowed around 12 or so this year and lo and behold we fell below the 95% Threshold for uploaded ON TIME shipments.

14) Due to USPS increased costs effective January 22, 2018, we are offering three(3) tiers of shipping: YOU, the Customer get to choose what shipping you want. Feel free to give us response regarding this topic of shipping, it is a very important component of successful online commerce. Teach us a thing or two; you may have a better system and we are willing to at least listen to ideas.

15) When purchasing multiple items, the system takes the HIGHEST ship cost for all items, then adds the $1.00 per subsequent sale.

16) We know how to ship. Please don\'t badger us with YOUR way as if we are a terrible shipper.

The BIG, BAD WOLF of the infamous\"RESTOCK FEES\":Level 1:

17) This was implemented( with \'s permissions) years ago to stop the Remorse Buying/Thrill buyers. We have made exceptions to the Restock Fees when appropriate to do so. The buyers who received those exceptions still buy from us today. We do stand behind our products and grading, and will continue to do so. Yes, we STILL are improving week-after-week, month-after-month, year-after-year.

18) 1stRESTOCK FEELevel is 20%, which we feel is fair. A few buyers admit that they overspent and are okay with Fees.

19) Grading disagreement is NOT enough for \"not as described\". If you disagreewith Grade and return the comic books,we will charge that 20% Restock Fee.If we miss something( a page missing, something MAJOR), that is a different story, we will refund 100%, not for a 1/32\" crease on the bottom staple not mentioned in description. We do not list EVERY defect, and that expectation is unreasonable on such a buyer\'s part. READER copies not included in this detail. See below.
19B) If you pester me with: \" items are overgraded .5 to 1.0, 1.5, etc., that is NOT enough to trigger your \'Not as described\" and I will immediately report cases like this as a Buyers\' Remorse case. I get this once in a while, the Buyers\' Remorse buyers cry this, but cannot name not one detail that is \"not as described\" because thePICTURES TELL THE STORY!!!
If you can\'t look at the pics and any other description we provide and decide that you want this item maybe we are not for you. We have provided adequate pics, descriptions, and close-if-not-accurate grading over the years and do NOT twist buyer\'s arms to get into offerding wars with others.

RESTOCK FEE:Level 2:

20) Due to the number of non-paying buyers we have to protect our model once more: if we have to file the Non-Paying Alert we will assume that EACH sale filed is not going to be paid AND if they wind up paying, this is still a Remorse Buyer/Overspender case(s). The 35% Restock Fee, as discussed below, will be enforced and will NEVER be waived so don\'t waste your time asking us.

21) Low-to-READER copies that are going to be returned to me because of Buyers Remorse will have a separate rate of a Restock Fee.That READER restock fee is 35%. Even if we make a error - READERS are just that: READERS. They are not meant to be heavily-traded like Investment grade material. can force us to take those returns, but the Buyers\' Remorse needs to be dealt with.

Low-to-READER copies are not going to be checked for:

A) color touch;B) tear seals;C) glue/glue spots;D) missing staples/replaced staples/EXTRA staples or punched holes for staples;

E) trimming;F) married covers/wraps;G) tape/other residues;H) missing panels; chunks/chipping/ink pen/marker writings/scribblings;

I) Interior page creasing/folds, etc.J) Any other defects you can think of and/or not listed here/anywhere.

We will photo the best we can and SHOW most defects, and time permitting, detail what is wrong with the \"READER\" copies.

22) We must put this back here: we DO use Stock Photos from time to time. You will get what is ADVERTISED.

22B) I have to put this back in this lenghty Fine Print once more: if items appear brighter on the \'Bay when you do receive the items, cnsider two factors: 1) We use flash photos, 2) what kind of lighting are you holding the item up to??? Any more complaints we will just pay you off, report you as the Bad Buyer on , then get rid of you. Go find another Comic Book supplier. Good luck thinking that s/he has what we have, or can somewhat grade( *snicker*).

23) All Comic Books are checked for Restoration, and have ALWAYS been disclosed since our inception here on the \'Bay. *Knock-on-wood* time: We NEVER had a return due to missed restoration. We check for color touch, tear seals, tape, added wraps, married covers and page wraps( over 50% are the centerwrap), trimming, even staple replacement. ( Investment grade FN/VFN 7.0 and up ONLY).
Notes about our products:
24) We love Comic Books and U.S. Coins. Some sports memorabilia items, some oddity items. We deal with the HIGH-END of condition-based collectibles, vintage items, specialty items. Our business model was built mostly on the Comic Books, and did so with VERY FEW \"Key\" Comic Books, less than one percent( 1%) of our Back Issues being a \"Key\" Comic. We consider us to be professional graders. We miss some now and then, but will correct every miss.
25) If you DO decide to send \"raw\", ungraded items to a 3rd party grader, the presumption is thatYOUagree with OUR grade. While being responsible for our products, made in good faith, our responsibility is not a cure-all in condition-sensitive items.
26) Comic Book info only: We do NOT deduct grading points or percentages of grading points for the following: A) incidental minor tears of interior pages UNLESS they affect the story panels; B) \"Bindery creases\" caused by the pulp-paper rolling processing, C) manufactured with ONE staple, D) excess printer\'s ink or minor spotting of inks, E) date stamps of any kind which may be ink pen, crayon, grease pencils, markers, felt pens or rubber stamped, F) professional pressing, G) Miscut printings of Covers.
27) We are slowly implementing our \"Buy-It-Now\"(BIN) items, and yes, those items will be set closer to Guide Values. However, to provide the Customers incentive to buy here, we are offering FREE SHIP/INSURANCE on our standard sales here if you purchase ONE BIN item. That\'s right: you get FREE S/H/I on ALL items anywhere for ONE( 1) BIN purchase for EVERY item you purchase. The only requirement is that you still meet the three day payment window as per the regular sales. So put the BIN item(s) in the cart, then after you win the regular sales I will make sure your ONE Invoice will not have any ship costs. As this is untested, I might be omitting a thing or two here, but in our good faith efforts, if you can email us, we will guarantee this offer. Many Customers have stated many times that they like the FREE ship/insurance. This format gets us away from the complaints about the ship costs. But when I travel to Arizona to buy a collection, that costs far more then me buying online, trust me.
28) Most of our BIN items will be the scarce-to-RARE higher graded items.

RETURN POLICY: We honor all returns, however, we charge a20% RESTOCK FEEno Exceptions!

If the Non-paying-buyer alert is filed, the Restock Fee is then 35%.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS Disclaimer:
Anything not covered in this \"Fine Print\" will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and we have the Final Say to all matters. We are NOT responsible fordecisionsby regarding our sales, technical failures of any kind including the \"ghosting\" of items, shutdowns, at any time for any reason.

SHIPPING METHOD:

28) If you REALLY insist on Next Business Day DELIVERY( not shipping) for a $5.00 REPRINT comic, flat fee is $110.00 and I will Fed Ex it Next Day Delivery. Yes that happened April 2016!
29) Shipping is based on ers winning more than ONE( 1) sale. Subsequent wins only adding $1.00 per sale helps buyers save on ship/insurance costs.
30) We ALWAYS use sturdy cardboard to sandwich paper items, padded envelopes for coins, etc. We NEVER NEVER NEVER use tape of any kind on the Comic Book Protective Bags. Prevents a LOT of \"tape pulls\"....

RETURN POLICY: We honor all returns, however, we charge 20%RESTOCK FEEno Exceptions! Yes, I

deliberately posted this in Red TWICE.

Insurance Claims for damaged and/or LOST item(s):

a) notify us that the item was damaged and that you wish to return it back to us;

b) we alert Insurer, who then forwards us forms w/ Links, etc.;

c) The Insurer will email/callyouto verify said claim;

d) you MUST MUST MUST send the original package, with the item( of course), and ensure against WATER/RAIN damage. You MUST return the item in the same condition you received the item, whether the item was not graded properly or not, item was damaged enroute to you, etc. You MUST re-pack the item(s) properly. Don\'t be cheap on masking tape. We just received an agreed upon return TODAY( February 16, 2018) where the sides of the box were not taped properly; that Comic Book got wet. We still sent the Buyer his agreed upon refund( this time that Buyer was more right than wrong; we were not going to invoke that Restock Fee). However, did compensate us in a different way instead of taking this out on the Customer. There is a great chance that the Customer DID pack the item correctly and excess tape was removed inadvertenly by USPS, not meaning any harm. We try to give the Customer reasonable doubt when possible.

e) The Insurer has implemented a new payout policy: a PERCENTAGE of what they believe the remaining copy(ies) are worth. Example:

ASM # 361, NMT+ 9.8 got damaged. The er paid $65.00 plus $6.95 ship = $71.95. The photos forwarded to Insurer led them to assess the item as a mid-grade-ish 6.0 - 7.5. They offered us $25.00 and we took that. They will no longer pay entire amount claim and once you think about it they are more right than wrong. We had already paid the Buyer full refund, but moving forward, you will receive what the Insurer assesses the final value of the remainding product(s) to be. You are consenting to this Insurance Policy by offerding our sales.

f) The Insurer sends US the funds, then we forward the funds to you.This may take FOUR( 4) WEEKS; the Insurance company wants photos, details, and yes,recently asked us to return a damaged comic book. That took eight( 8) business days;

g) You are AGREEING to wait until theInsurancecompany Pays ME first, then I re-imburse you. That is part of the sale agreement you accept by offerding our items. No more filing the \"not as described\" and then blaming ME for the USPS mishaps AND the InsuranceCompanies\' requirements. If youdon\'t have this kind of patience, Iwon\'t have patience for you, andwon\'t sell to you. Yes, This is not my full-time job and can well-afford to lose \"certain\" customers.I alsodon\'t careanymore how much you bought from me in the past: if NOW you are the problem I am the Solution. Life will move on.

response POLICY:

The BUYERdecides when any transaction is completed, not the Seller. We post you your Positive response AFTER you post for us first. Your Positive response will be returned within 3 weeks, in most cases much sooner. We ALWAYS return Positive response, we are a cinch Seller who likes returning Positive responses. Sometimes we fall behind, but we never forget to return responses.

As per Guidelines, we may obtain your Contact Information between Members via the Advanced Search, and inquire about items if we do not hear back from you within a reasonable amount of time. Any/all suggestions from Customers will be reviewed.

We may contact you to inquire about having YOU sell US Comic Books right here on . Set up Buy-It-Now after we agree, this is money on your bank! We also pay the Standard 10% Finders Fees. We also are taking Consignments again, and we charge 35%, pay ALL fees,, PayPal, ship/Insurance, and eat the returns. We also bag & board your items, CLEAN them if necessary, and get them pressed. If we do NOT clean/bag/board/press we charge 30%. If this interests you contact us. You can see the prices realized here that we do very well, with very few Key Comic Books! The Keys we have sold for Consignors compete with anyone else you can think of( Ican\'t list them here per ). We will have a dedicated Website showing past sales results.
