Offered here rare antique1800\'s Pinz Nez EyeglassesMade by the Queens Co. 924 Chestnut St, Philadelpia, PAThe glasses fold for storage in their original caseThe nose piece is C-bridge styleThe lens are blue oval shaped each measuring 1 1/2\"W x 1 1/8\"HUnspread the glasses measure 3 1/4\" across, the C-bridge measures 1 1/2\"I can\'t determine exactly how old these glasses are but the company was founded in the1850\'sThe lens frame is bronze toned and may be hard rubber, a material the company usedThe case has deteriorated (See Photos) but the embossed company name is clearThe case measures 2 3/4\" L x 1 1/2\"HThe lens are in great condition and appear to be tinted for the sun with no correctionI can\'t tell if there is a missing loop on the edge or if the side piece on each side is only for hooking the frame together when folded
