1809 Sterling Silver Spoon by Eley-Fearn-Chawner, Tipt Handle, Irish Celtic Harp:

Presentedis a handsome English sterling silver spoon from the Georgian period. It has a tipt handle, and an engraved family crest of a pennant showing an Itish Celtic harp.

The spoon is marked with the lion passant for sterling silver, the leopard\'s head crowned for the city of London, the date letter O for the year 1809, and the duty mark of King George III\'s head. It also bears the makers\' mark “WE WF WC” for William Eley, William Fearn and William Chawner.

The spoon is in excellent condition. Beyond some light surface abrasions there are no dings, no dents, no breaks, no repairs, and no problems of any kind. This is a beautiful 205 year old spoon!
