First edition.

Featuring numerous engraved plates throughout, featuring a frontispiece and engraved title page to each volume.

From the prolific author, Robert Huish. His other works include ‘The Memoirs, Private and Political, of Daniel O\'Connell’, ‘The Progress of Crime; or, Authentic Memoirs of Marie Manning’ and ‘Memoirs of her late Royal Highness Princess Charlotte Augusta’.

Complete in two volumes.

CONDITION

Rebound in calf bindings with gilt lettering to the spines. Externally, rubbing to extremities and spines, and light shelfwear. One front and one rearjoint is starting. Two hinges are strained. Internally, generally firmly bound, and bright, with some instances of spotting. Copperplate ink inscription to endpaper of both volumes. Overall: GOOD ONLY.
