Very Good condition. Armorial bookplate of James Darbishire to front pastedowns. The boards are cleanwith light wear to the corners and spine ends. Small abrasion on spine of Vol. 1. The binding and hinges are solid and tight.The pages and all plates are clean and unmarked. There is no foxing, markings, or soil. No torn or missing pages. An excellent addition to a library or collection.
