This is a Mormon $10.00 replica 1849 coin. It is 24 Karat gold-plated. This coin has \"copy\" stamped on its edge as required by law and this sale site. On the obverse is the all-seeing eye of Jehovah capped by a three-pointed Phrygian crown, and \"Holiness to the Lord\". On the reverse are a pair of clasped hands for fellowship and unity, \"pure Gold ten dollars\" and the date. This denomination is the rarest of the Mormon gold series, only about 12 real ones are known. The rest have been lost or melted. It measures 1 inch in diameter and is in mint condition.
