Central portrait features CSA Vice President Alexander Stephens of Georgia. Remaining attached to the original bond are seven $4 coupons, redeemable every six months 1865-1868, if the South had won the war.
Professionally matted and framed. Wire attached, ready to hang. Would look great in an old house, office, or study. Great gift for a history buff. Quite the conversation piece.
Overall frame dimensions are almost square: 22.75 inches tall by 21.75 inches wide. A good size.
