This is a complete antique1877 F.W. Beers Atlas of Orange County Vermont. It is about 13\"X16\" and contains 40 pages of maps with index and Business notices as well. There is one page with a small tear and crease at the top of the two-page West Randolph map. The remainder of the pages are free of tears, folds, or creases and are generally very clean. There are a few pages in the front with some small yellow stains on the top and there are a few other small yellow stains on the edges of a few other pages. A few minor smudges and some light wear on edges and corners of some pages are the only other imperfections to the interior. The binding is well intact with no loose pages and the cover is well attached but does have some cracks in the exterior of the spine where it meets the covers. There are also a few pieces of the cover material missing in the same areas and the corners of the covers have some excessive wear. The covers have some areas of discoloration and general wear as well.
