Made during the reign of queen Victoria in Edinburgh

The ring bears good clear crisp full british hallmarks

The date letter e for 1879 as well as the Edinburgh and the queens duty mark. Also Makers mark W.W.L

This is a scarce quality ring which at the time of its production most probably adorned the hand of a wealthy member of high society.

A truly simple but beautiful piece of victorian history
