Here is a large ornate Victorian picture frame which measures 28 x 32\" inside for painting measures 18 x 22\", the wood frame is in excellent condition, nothing missing, inside is a old painting which is bably damaged, there is a glass in it, antique glass you can see the waves in it, frame is heavy weighs about 13 pounds
