Many \"die cut\" cards are not really die cut but are actually \"hand\" cut! To tell (almost for sure), look closely at the edges, all of the way around! If it is as smooth and perfect as this one, it is most likely die cut! Uneven edges or \"rough\" spots usually mean hand cut. So to be sure, look very closely at the back of a \"die cut\" to see!
