Here is a pretty medal.
An 1881 Centennial medal of the Surrender of Yorktown by the British to Washington\'s Army.
With bust of Washington and his Generals on the obverse and the monument on the reverse.
A beautiful medal with glossy fields and great detail. Some small rim bumps do not detract from this pretty Medal. It is struck in white metal and is 32 mm in diameter.
Most of these medals are holed for suspension where this is not.
