A political ribbon in support of Ohio governor Joseph Benson Foraker from the 1885 period. Foraker\'s image is printed in blue on a pinkish colored silk along with the date and his slogan that \"No rebel Flagswillbe surrendered\". The silk ribbon has some moisture stains, creases and wear.
