This Atlas is used, but in acceptable condition. The cover has wear and tear, and is not attached to the book, see photos. There are 6 pages that are not attached to the binding. All the rest of the pages are attached, but are broken into two sections, so this book is in pieces, but appears to be complete from what I can see. The spine cover really doesn\'t exist anymore, it is completely tattered.The interior pages do have some wear and tear on the edges of about 1/4 of the pages. They also have yellowing. The maps themselves are clear and colorful and in good condition. This appears to be a first edition. 129 years old. It is hard covered, with what appears to be embossed leather. It measures approximately 12 1/2\" wide x 15 1/2\" tall and 1 1/4\" thick.
