FROM A RECENT ESTATE LIQUIDATION:

Interesting 1893 Chicago World\'s Fair Columbian Exposition souvenir straight razor, made by H. Boker & Company. The blade is engraved with a view of the fair buildings from the Grand Basin, with the anniversary dates 1492 - 1892 and the caption \'World\'s Columbian Exposition. The razor case is stamped with the same image as on the blade. The case and blade are both marked \'H. Boker & Co, with the tree trademark. Most likely made in Solingen, Germany, butwe can findno place of manufacture marks.
CONDITION:
The case is in very good condition with very little signs of wear. The razor handle is broken from the blade, as shown in our photos, and the blade does have a few nicks and scratches, also shown in our photos, but still an excellent example that warrants restoration.
