This is a beautiful musical rarity! It is in great original condition and you can hear the distinctiveness in sound when strummed. I Have done significant research and these are very hard to come by. I am not a musical instrument critique but from what I can tell this banjo is a superbo by the S inlay, design, and detail. Any questions feel free to ask. This is a pre 1900 banjo therefore it is not in perfect working order, it does however have its original parts from what I have seen in comparison. I can find no serial number on the banjo.
