We are offering a very beautiful medal from the United Kingdom, the 1897 Queen Victoria Commemoration of the Diamond (Sixty Year) Jubilee Reign Medal, in a large silver size, issued by the Royal Mint, with G.W. De Saulles as the engraver after T. Brock and W. Wyon. The medal is listed as number 3506 by Laurence Brown in his \"British Historical Medals 1760-1960, Volume 2, The Reign of Queen Victoria 1837-1901\". In the next few weeks, we will be listing a very nice, high quality collection of Queen Victoria Jubilee medals. This medal is 55.66 mm in diameter and is made of silver (with a total weight of 2.981 ounces or 84.5 grams). The medal has gorgeouslightly graytoned silversurfaces, with wonderful very sharp detail.
