18TH CENTURY MUSEUM QUALITY SEVRES MEISSEN HAND PAINTED VASE ORMOLU VERY RARE:

This sale is for an early Sevres Meissen vase measuring 6 inches tall by 3 inches wide. It is marked on the bottom along the inside and is blocked by the base and screw so I could not get a photo of it. I do not want to take it apart for fear of doing any damage. My second photo is one I copied off the internet. With a magnifying glass I could not see the mark. With a loop I could tell it is the 4th mark from the left on the top row of the second photo which dates to the mid 18th century. It is wonderful condition. The mounting is bronze. Still not sure who the portrait is or who painted it as I could not find a signature. The portrait may have been one of France\'s queens. Please feel free to post comments or questions. The gold highlighting is all raised and intact. No paint loss or damage of any kind. Museum quality. Marked France on the ormolu on the base. Will ship priority mail with full insurance.

I would be willing to almost bet you would find a finer example from the 18th century. Thank you.
