18k Gold Pocket Watch 8 Rubies Cylinder Winding Enamel Lady & Child:

18kt gold pocket watch. I don\'t know very much about this - one side has an enamel lady with child on it - some scratches - see photos. The other side has the watch fittings - glass very clear - face looks good. Inside there are numbers on the left side plus a hallmark that is very small like a rectangle with arrows in it - on the other side is \"Echappement @ Cylindrel Auguilles N 9183 Huit Trous En Rubie\" - I think mean cylinder and 8 rubies. I can\'t tell if it works I assume as I don\'t have any keys to wind it (assuming that is how it works). Sorry I don\'t know much more about this - there is a gold bail added to the watch so it can be worn as pendant. Different colour gold so not sure what it is. I am happy to combine postage on anything I have listed.
