18th C. Georgian SOLID Silver Hanoverian Scroll Back Tablespoon. London 1763:

A lovely early George III solid silver Hanoverian scroll back tablespoon. The spoon has a scroll for decoration on the back of the bowl. It has the initials \'R D and the date 1770\' engraved on the top of the back of the handle.

Hallmarks: The spoon is English sterling silver hallmarked for London 1763 (Lion Passant, Leopard Head Crowned, date letter h).
The maker\'s mark \'W T\' is untraced.

Dimensions: It is 21.5cm long and weighs 59.6g.

Condition: No dings, splits or repairs. Just a small amount of wear to the scroll decoration, and the maker\'s mark is a little worn. please see photos.
