18TH C GEORGIAN SILVER PASTE PAIR SHOE BUCKLES -- VERY DECORATIVE AND UNUSUAL:

On offer is a lovely pair of pasteshoe buckles from the late 18th century or the first days of the 19th century. Each is approx. 2 1/4 x 1 3/4 inches. The scalloped design is highly decorative and rather unusual. The paste gems are all present, quite brilliant and in beautiful condition. It is also somewhat rare to find these buckles together as a pair. The frame is unmarked silver.
