We purchased several 100 Antique, Vintage, Collectible and Artist Dolls at an Antique Doll sale in Pennsylvania. We will be listing many dolls over the next few months. This adorable Cabinet Size Bisque Doll is one of the dolls from that collection that we just couldn’t resist! She has the sweetest natural color face!
This darling old doll is a very nice petite 19 inch bisque shoulder head doll with an old or vintage pink cloth body, wood or composition arms and cloth legs. Her shoulder is marked \"Heubach. 275 6.0. Koppelsdorf.\" She was made by Ernst Heubach who made dolls in Germany around the turn of the century.Her charming bisque face has a nice rosy complexion with pretty blue sleep eyes, brown multi-stroke eyebrows and delicately painted lashes. She has a pale dot in each eye and in her nostrils. Our pretty girl has orangey pink full lips and nicely blushed cheeks. She has an open mouth with four tiny teeth and a sweet smile enhanced by a cute dimple in her chin.
Her curly soft brown wig appears to be mohair and may be original.Our Lovely young lady is wearing a vintage OOAK handmade dress.Her darling dress is handmade from red plaid fabric and highlighted with old floral lace and black velvet ribbon. It fits her perfectly so it may be the original made for her by her first mom. The front of her dress is caught under her bisque shoulderplate. We did not try to remove it. You do not notice this as it is under her lace collar.Her handsome bonnet is made from the same black velvet and decorated withhold lace and embroidered flowers. The lining of her sweet bonnet is red plaid like her dress.Here is a look at this beautiful outfit from the back.
She is wearing an old slip and bloomers trimmed with lace. She has black cloth stockings/legs and black shoes which are glued on.
Because the dress is caught under the front of the shoulderplate and her slip is glued to the top of the body, we could not take her clothing off.We photographed what we could see. This old doll has a pink cloth body which possibly replaced an older kid one.It not completely attached on one side, as shown above, but it does not feel loose. Her arms look like they are made from pale composition or papier mache. One is loosely attached by two strings. Her legs are stuffed cloth and bend easily at the hip and just a bit at the knee. She can sit nicely.
The eyes are not attached. We stuffed the head with tissue to hold the eyes in place for our photographs. The lid of the eye mechanism, which also holds the eyelashes, is detached.

SIZE This petite old doll measures 19 inches tall. She is just perfect for display in a Cabinet or on your bed.CONDITION This Antique doll is in Good to Very Good Antique condition. She has a beautiful face with a gorgeous high color complexion. Her bisque head has no hairlines, cracks or crazing. There are a few spots on her head and several small chips on the edge of her shoulders. Her eyes are not attached and would need to be refastened. One cheek has a rub and she has some darker spots on her head. Her replacement cloth body is in good condition as far as we can tell. Our lovely girl’s beautiful antique/vintage clothing was handmade by an earlier mom. This pretty young girl is in very nice condition and displays beautifully as you can see from the photos.SHIPPING This doll is large enough to require separate packaging, and so we are not offering combined shipping in this case.

PAYMENT: As required by , we list only PayPal as a means of payment.SHIPPING: We are usually able to ship within 1 to 3 days of payment verification. We ship through the United States Postal Service, and we try to offer our customers the most appropriate postage options for each item. We obtain a tracking number for each mailing.SHIPPING CHARGES: Our basic shipping charge is set to cover postage and shipping materials, plus a small handling charge. We purchase postal.insurance for more expensive items, and requires Signature Confirmation delivery for items costing $250 or more. We add these costs to the total shipping charge for sale items that we think might attract larger offers. COMBINED SHIPPING: We sometimes specify combined shipping discounts with our listings, but we will offer such discounts in many other cases even when not pre-quoted. Assuming that multiple items can be appropriately shipped in one box, we begin with the charge for the heaviest item and add between $1 and $5 for extra items, depending on weight and additional packing material needed. The added charge could be more for unusually heavy or large items. International customers: With so many different postal rates, we cannot quote discounts ahead of time, but we do apply the appropriate discount at the time of the invoice.INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: offerding from international customers is welcome! We accept PayPal payments only from other countries; we do not accept checks or currency.
