This Singer N0.27 is a gorgeous enameled cast iron machine, all in original elegant nickel-plated detailing. Manufactured at the height of Singer’s Golden Years, the Model 27 was introduced in the 1800s, with production continuing until about 1950. The machine was made as a hand crank and treadle. This one is a 116-year-old or so treadle machine in a hideaway oak cabinet that is also original. Singer Cabinet Table No. 2 features a cast-iron base with steel casters and five drawers. Also, with this beautiful piece I have the original receipt and both instruction manuals to go with! Lastly, in perfect condition I have the original attachments/accessories.
