The Gardener is complete. He is wearing a blue coat and white britches with black boots and a white and black hat. There is some paint loss consistant with age. He is pushing the cart.

The Cart is red and yellow and has Pat. U.S.A 12 MAI 1903 BTE SGDG on one side. The front of the cart has Market Tap Tap DRGM with a picture of what looks like the top of the cart and Lehmann under that. On the bottom of the cart in front it has made in Germany.

On the other side of the cart it has D R Patent and ENGL Patent

It does wind up and works fine..

SHIPPING: I try to ship all items within 72 hours from receipt of payment, but sometimes due to holidays, weekends, post office closings, and a busy schedule of my own that is not always possible. I do send a notice to buyers as to when the item is shipped.

INSURANCE: Isis included in the shipping and handling fees for US buyers.

REFUNDS: All sales are final. Refunds are ONLY made if there is a significant error in the item description and it is not evident in the photos. Refunds are made for the purchase price ONLY. Shipping fees are not included. For a refund to be made, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was originally shipped and it must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item. I do not accept returns due to buyer\'s remorse, buyer not reading ALL of the description or change of mind. THANKS!:)
