This clock is in working order though it doesn\'t keep correct time for me.The chime is a rich Mezzo sound.The face is absolutely gorgeous.The Adamantine is a green marble finish,The body is black.There are cherub faces in each pillar.Please inspect the photos closely, this is an impressive looking clock!The only flaw is a little spot on the top of the clock which isnot obvious from a mantle or shelf. This is an old time piece and has been servicedby an expert recently. In order to run it needs to be on a perfectlylevel surface. It is being sold \"as is\". Thank you for your interest!
