This is a 1.5\" paper bow tie tab from the 1908 Taft Presidential campaign. On the left of his image are the words \"For President\" and to the right are the words \"William H Taft\".
Looking at the tab from the back, with the light just so, you can see that the tab had been folded at some point. We didn\'t think it had ever been folded until we saw that picture.
If there\'s a flaw, or flaws, with the tab we\'re doing our best to explain it and show it. While a flaw (or flaws) may not be mentioned in the text description, it (they) will surely be visible in the photos. Make sure to see all the photos that shows at the top of the sale.
