This tuxedo jacket is dated 11/5/12 on the inside of the pocket. Made from black wool, it has a faille lapel, lined in satin and has inside breast pockets as well as tail pockets. The lapel has a shiny, slightly worn look on one point and a long tear on the lapel on the left side, but in a place that a buttonier would cover it, also the faille is worn on the seam edge where it turns over a few inches above the waist, but this would be easy to mend. The lining is very good, no damage to mention and I didn\'t find any holes in the wool, but is as found and needs a good brushing to get the lint and dust off or cleaning. It measures 40 inches around the chest, across the back shoulder is 14 3/4 inches, sleeve is 27 2/3 inches, shoulder to bottom in front is 22 1/2 inches and base of neck to bottom of tails is 42 1/2 inches long.
