Kentucky , attended and successfully completed the precsribed course of instruction for the NAVAL TRAINING CRUISE FOR CIVILIANS for the year 1916 and this CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE is issued to him as a Testimonal of Fidelity and Patriotism.
