DescriptionCheck it out...Here\'s a Unique 6\" wide by 9\" long salesman\'s sample hardcover order book for the 1919 book detailing the life of Rough Rider President Theodore \"Teddy\" Roosevelt-It is designed to look just like the book titled: \"The Life of Theodore Roosevelt. Intriduction by William H. Taft Ex-President of the United States\" by Wm. Draper Lewis except that it is cut down to give an idea of what the finished product will look like with several examples of photos (Many of which I\'ve never seen before : way too many to picture here), page & text examples of the body and several pages of unused order form pages in the back-These were peddled door-to-door by book salesmen who would take orders based on this very book! Back cover features an idea of what the side binder spine will look like-Book is in very well used condition for its age with soiling on the cloth cover, damage to the picture of Teedy on the cover and a couple of the pages are torn inside but appears to be intact-If you\'re looking for a mint copy, this ain\'t it, but if you\'re looking for a great Teddy Roosevelt item with real character (Like Teddy), this one will doo just fine- It would still display so nicely- Unique dual collectible item!
