This is an 18 size Elgin, found in a local estate. thenickel case is very good, but is tarnished and has not been polished. The watchhas a very thick glass crystal. the movement is stem wind and set, 15 jewels,serial #22525858 (Circa 1920). The watch has a good balance staff, but willneed a cleaning. It runs when I put pressure on the winding crown, but stopssoon after I let go. It has not been cleaned or serviced in decades. The porcelaindial is good, with a couple of fine hairlines.
