I have not been able to find any other listings on the internet that are genuine early model railroad buildings!!I believe this ceramic (too heavy for paper mache but almost of the same consistency!) building dates from the 1920\'s and was originally designed to have an electric light inside for model railroad layouts!! Overall, the building is in VERY GOOD+ condition with no cracks and no major chips other than the photos show!! There is some wear as the photos show, but it would still make an excellent \"abandoned\" building in a model railroading layout!! It is marked \"Made in Japan\", and definitely predates WWII!! I am not sure of the scale but the building is approx. 4\" X 2.75\" X 3.5\" high at the roof peak!! I have three other buildings listed from this same antique grouping and I combine shipping!!
