1920s? Christmas Card Box With Three Christmas Cards inside. The box lists twenty five steel engraved Christmas cards at a price of twenty-five cents [one cent per card]. Not sure if this box is from the 1920s or 1930s. This box was with a group of Christmas cards that had been received [all were in envelopes dated 1929]. By the 1940s, a box of 25 cards could cost $1.00. The cards do not open. They are flat and one-sided. Although the box does not have tears, it does have wear on the outside, especially in the section that is white.
