The New York Giants issued a series of very limited season passes done in sterling silver for the years 1919 through 1931 with each individually numbered and then engraved with the name of the fan. This particular season pass is for the 1923 season. The fan it was created for adds to the value and the charm of the item. As you can see in the photos, this season pass is engraved with the name of its owner, Lou Payne, a famous actor (broadway, silents and sound films) who starred in over 40 films in his 35 year career.

In addition to this items unique ownership history, it is also in excellent condition for its age. As I stated in the condition section, this item was the pride and joy of my father\'s collection of season passes far surpassing any similar item he had owned or seen. I am sure the new owner will enjoy it as much as we have.

The pass is about 1 and 3/8 inch in diameter and isapproximately one ounce of sterling silver.

It is a difficult item to photograph so I have taken multiple shots in multiple lightingEnvironments. You can see in the stronger lighting that the blue lettering is still vibrant and it isn\'t reallydiscerniblein the darker photos. None of these photos capture the beauty of this piece of baseball history.
