Description1930s Art Deco \"The Pearl Diver\" Vase by Vicke (Viktor) Lindstrand for Orrefors, Sweden.In this engraved vase, known as \"The Pearl Diver,\" Lindstrand created an imaginative underwater scene of a single nude diver diving for pearls, using bubbles and undulating glassto convey a sense of underwater movement and atmosphere.Made by the Orrefors glass factory, Orrefors, Sweden c.1930.

This vase is in excellent original condition, with no dings, scratches, cracks or chips. Underside of base shows slight scuffing. Signed Orrefors Linstrand 1049. A1 E.S.
