This is a 1930s- WWII United States Army Air Corp Officers Dress Cape. It is Named to Capt. L.P. Whitten and Dated 1938. It is a size Medium. The Button that closes around the neck is a little loose and needs to be tightened up. It is in otherwise Mint Condition. Buyer pays $25.00 S&H. Foreign buyers welcome.
