I am selling a large collection of World’s Fair and Exposition so please watch my sales every week. This sale is for a very nice 2 ½” diameter celluloid paperweight from the 1933 Chicago World’s Fair. The paperweight has celluloid designs on both sides and is similar to compacts where one side opens and is a mirror - this one does not open. The b/w graphics picture the Court of Hall of Science one one side and the East View Administration Bldg on the opposite side. The overall condition is Fine with light wear, a celluloid chip to the rim to the left of Comet Arcturus nn the Admin Bld side, and a small spot at the rim above the Hall of Science.
