1937 antique / vintage Schwinn model BB97 pre WWII mens bicycle. NO BADGE. On pre war bikes the curved top bar is welded to the rear seat down tube. Schwinn stopped production in 1941 for the war effort, and came back in 1946. They changed 2 things - the kick stand was welded and integrated to the bottom, it was not a bolt on like this bike. The welded top bar was welded to sides of the seat down tube, not to the rear. Fenders look repainted, rest looks original but not 100% sure. Look at pictures for best description. needs restored.
