the lighter is inexcellentcondition as seen in photos.The lighter is in working condition sparks and lights every time, the lift arm has great movement to it and works as it did when it was new, the lighter has spent the vast majority of its life in a box. its 100% working and very rare, the engraving is a hand craved and shows incredible skill, the lighter is in great condition, only detractor is some extremely minor dents left from the engraver,
everything is solid sterling silver except thespringtheflintand the flint wheel. the hallmarks are everywhere,

The Parker Pipe Company was a Dunhillsubsidiary, and was totally controlled by Dunhill.
the lighters themselves match and often exceedthe Dunhill lighters as Parker were the first to use

While Parker lighters were never sold at Dunhill\'s Duke St London store, i do know they were marketed and sold in French stores.
