A good pair of low number 1938 Oregon license plates , # 5-397 .Nice original paint ,no damage , solid metal , great hang it on wall or use it as is . These are part of my inventory of license plates that I\'m closing out . I will have my complete inventory of 3000 plates , frames , tags , stickers , motorcycle plates , wartime plates from 1942 to 1946 from most states , many hard to find and many wall hangers .A 25 year collection of plates and great opportunity for a buyer to get into the license plate business .The plate collection will be offered at the Portland swap meet in April .
