AFTERWORD

Հայաստանի Պարգևները, 1918-1939թթ.- Առաջին անգամ փորձ է արվել ընդհանուր պատկերացում տալ Հայաստանի և Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու պարգևների մասին 1918-ից մինչև Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի սկիզբը` 1939 թվականը:
Ըստ տեղեկությունների հրապարակվում են առաջին անգամ և իսկական հայտնություն են պատմաբանների և ֆալերիստիկայի մասնագետների, կոլեկցիոներների համար:
Իր տեսակի մեջ եզակի այս հրատարակության նախաբանում, պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր Ամատունի Վիրաբյանը և կոլեկցիոներ Նիկա Բաբայանը, անդրադարձել են ֆալերիստիկայի /պարգևագիտություն/ մասին գիտության նախապատմությանը, որն իր հերթին դրամագիտության, զինանշանագիտության և այլ կիրառական ու խրթին անուններ կրող գիտական ճյուղերի հետ հավասար` պատմագիտության բաղադրիչ մասերից մեկն է: Մինչև 1918 թվականը, Հայաստանը չուներ սեփական պարգևներ, և դա միանգամայն բնական է, քանի որ «պարգևատրման ցանկացած համակարգ կարող է կայունանալ, եթե կայունանա ինքը` հասարակությունը, ավելի ինքնին նախատեսվում է պարգևային համակարգ…» . կարդում ենք գրքի նախաբանում:

Награды Армении, 1918-1939 гг- Впервые была сделана попытка дать общее представление армянских наград, а также армяно-апостольской церковных наград с 1918 года до начала Второй мировой войны 1939 года.
По сводкам публикуются впервые и являются настоящим открытием для историков, специалистов фалеристики и коллекционеров.
В введении этой - своего рода исключительной публикации, доктор исторических наук Аматуни Вирабян и коллекционер Ника Бабаян, обратились к истокам изучения фалеристики, которая в свою очередь является составной частью историковедении наряду с нумизматикой, геральдикой и другими прикладными и носящими замысловатые названия научными ветвями наравне. До 1918 года Армения не имела собственных наград и это однозначно естественно, так как “любая система награждения может состояться, если состоится общество, само по себе предполагает систему награждения» - прочитывается в предисловии книги.
После предисловия следуют «Святой Григор Лусаворич» медаль, «Система наград Республики Армения /1918-1920 года/», “Система наград Советской Армении /1920-1938гг./” , “АССР медали, награды Закавказской Федерации”, “Времяисчисление Армянский наград /1918-1939гг./” разделы. До конца года выйдут в свет две другие главы: “ Награды советской Армении / 1920-1991гг./” и Республика Армения и НКР /1991-2011гг./”.
Книга, которая предназначена для специалистов фалеристики, коллекционеров и всех тех, кто интересуется историей Армении, уже имеет свою оценку и отклики в прессе.
