This casting is a Wurlitzer Turntable Lift Arm # 27752.

When the # 29396 Turntable Lift Arm Roller is installed on the # 27752 Arm the entire assembly is shown as part # 27807 in the Parts Catalogs.
This assembly is used in the Wurlitzer Model 24, 500, 600, 700, 800, 750, 780, 850 and 950.

It is shown on page 35 of the Wurlitzer models 700 and 800 Parts Catalog and on page 11 of the model 500 and 600 Parts Catalogs.
It is also seen on page 11 of the Model 24 Parts Catalog.

It can also be used on the 1015, 1080 and 1100 as a substitute for the # 44887 Roller Arm which was built a bit stronger.
If you look at the 1015 Parts Catalog on page 11, Figure 9, you will see the drawing looks like the 27752 but has the part number 44887.
