Embossed \"Postmaster General Washington Official Business\" FDC with stamp atop the \"penalty statue,\" which is embossed). From a large collection, with all covers having been addressed to Master Thomas Stern, c/o Mr. Sam Stern of Fargo, North Dakota. This is just one of many like covers that I will be listing this week. Letter is signed by James Farley, and is on exceptionally nice paper with USA Post Office department embossed seal in upper left corner. Overall shape is good, but not pristine. Minor wrinkling, fading, and hinge marks on back. Please refer to scans for shape. I will be listing other items this week, including more vintage postcards, as well as US and WW covers.
