You are buying ONE (1) Stanley Handyman Hand Drill No. H1220 Hy-Lo Drive (two crank handle positions)... in good condition with original paper label (but almost impossible to read now without restoration).. PLEASE note the crack in the handle end cap .... no bits inside...
Jaws are good and locking is tight, gear turning is tight without slips, no chipped teeth... about 11 inches long
I looked in my 1950 Stanley tool catalog and did not see this drill so I think it is earlier, probably 1940 or so...
