ANTIQUE STENCIL PAINTED COWBOY RIDING HORSE ALUMINUM BALANCE TOY This is a painted & weighted cowboy on a horse that I believe is a \"sky hook\" balance toy. Both the cowboy & horses heads move when in action (it is a simple design where arms are implied). I purchased this quite awhile ago for decorating an electic room. It features a wooly chap cowboy on a horse with great, red, yellow & black stencil paint. It measures 11\" W on the horse x 8 1/2\" H x 26\" H to the length of the steel stem. It is marked Patent Pend on the tail if you look closely. Perfectly balanced, great movement. Some paint loss to one side of the horses body that mainly is seen on the chaps.
